About Madrasha E Imdadul Uloom, Charar Par

Madrasa E Imdadul Uloom, Charar Par, was established on 15 April 2004. The land of the madrasa was donated by the late Ehia Raja Chowdhury and his family members. There is a six-storied building on approximately 4 decimals of land. In addition, another 14 decimals of land was donated by the late Mr. Shorof Uddin.

The founder and Muhtamim (Principal) of the madrasa was the late Alhaj Hafiz Abdul Latif Khan.

The institution was inaugurated by Allama Hafiz Nuruddin Gohorpuri (R.A.).

At present, the expenses of the madrasa are managed under the supervision of the Chharar Par Panchayat and the Madrasa Management Committee, with donations from the family members of the late Ehia Raja Chowdhury and contributions from the general public.

Madrasa E Imdadul Uloom, Chharar Par, is affiliated with three boards, namely:

  1. Huffazul Quran Foundation Bangladesh
  2. Befaqul Madarisil Arabia Bangladesh
  3. Azad Deeni Edaraye Ta'lim Bangladesh

Madrasa E Imdadul Uloom, Chharar Par, provides education in two departments:

  1. Hifz Department
  2. Jamaat Department

The Jamaat Department provides education up to Class Five.

At present, the total number of students in the madrasa is 250.

Donations from the general public are the only source of income. Every year, teachers' salaries and other expenses are managed through the funds. 80 to 100 students receive accommodation, food, and clothing support from the Poor Fund. Expenses such as electricity bills, gas bills, and other necessary expenses are managed through the two funds.

Among the 250 students, 100 to 120 students are supported by the General Fund, 80 to 100 students are supported by the Poor Fund, and the remaining students continue their education at their own expense.

  2. Poor Fund

1. General Fund

The General Fund includes monthly donations, one-time contributions, donations collected on the occasion of Mahfil, students' admission fees, monthly tuition fees, and other similar sources.

2. Poor Fund

The Poor Fund includes Zakat, Fitra, Manat, Kaffara for prayers, Kaffara for fasting, Qurbani animal hides, and other similar sources.
